Discover the culinary traditions of Parisian cuisine in this hands-on class with Chef Bobby.

In this hands-on class with Chef Bobby, you will learn the skills and techniques to be able to prepare a simple, yet sophisticated three-course Parisian dinner.

Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you how to prepare spiced pecans and a deconstructed bleu cheese dressing to jazz up your endive salad. Then, you will learn how to marinate your New York strip steak in a tamarind gastrique as well as how to build layers of flavor and texture in a root vegetable gratin. Lastly, you will learn the traditional preparation for tarte tatin.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
