WHAT YOU’LL DO

Join Chef Jilah as she takes all the intimidation out of cooking steak at home.
In this hands-on class with Chef Jilah, you will learn how to prepare a completely luxurious steak dinner with confidence and skill right in your own kitchen.

After a crave-worthy pear and blue cheese salad with homemade dressing, Chef Jilah will teach you the difference between cuts of beef and how to cook your locally raised beef simply, quickly, and to perfection. An elegant side dish of polenta and sautéed Swiss chard with garlic will complete the plate before ending with a meltingly tender almond tart for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
