In this hands-on class with French Chef Alexandre, you will learn how to prepare four of the most popular dishes to come out of a French brasserie kitchen.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a homemade béarnaise sauce to drape over your lightly charred on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, grilled ribeye. You'll also learn the secrets to scalloped potatoes with an ingredients list so short, you won't be prepared for the elegant, distinguished gratin that comes out of the oven.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alexandre is all about hospitality. He was warm, friendly, and made us feel at home. Chef has cooked in many different countries and his food is world class! Every dish was like an elegant classic straight out of a fine dining restaurant. But by the end, I wasn't intimidated to make the dish on my own. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chef Alexandre and I hope to do it again!
Meet your chef
Chef Alexandre has nearly 20 years of experience in concocting outstanding gastronomic creations in leading restaurants across the country. Chef Alexandre has also picked up a number of awards and acclamations along the way, including most recently being named the Presentation Prize Winner of the Truffle Masters Competition. He was also picked as the People’s Choice Award First Runner Up at the Epicurean Project showcase in Houston.
