In this hands-on class with Chef Shaun, you will work your way through creating three bread puddings completely from scratch, including golden raisin challah, apple croissant, and chocolate rum.
Chef Shaun knows that many people only enjoy this dish of warm, custard-soaked bread at fancy restaurants, but she firmly believes that bread pudding needs to be made at home. Chef Shaun's three bread pudding recipes boast creamy, lush middles, crunchy caramelized edges, and are easy enough to make on a busy weeknight and impressive enough to serve at a festive fête.

Chef Shaun creates delicious and visually stunning dishes! My favorite dish was an Apple Croissant Pudding, it was very refreshing and not too sweet. Her onion rings are amazing! She bakes them so they are healthy. I loved the decor and art in her cozy apartment!
Meet your chef
After falling in love with food at a young age, Chef Shaun became culinary educated at Johnson and Wales University, and The Art Institute of New York. She has since worked in some of New York's best restaurants, which has taught her how to respect each individual ingredient. In addition, her love of the farm-to-table philosophy brought her to volunteer for an organization that helps families learn how to prepare healthy foods.
