Lucky for us, tapas and paella have spread from Spain to the rest of the world. For this hands-on cooking class, Chef Douglas will teach you to prepare a selection of Spanish-style Tapas, as well as Paella (both meat/seafood and vegetarian options available). Feel free to bring your own Spanish wine to accompany the class and meal.
Note: Chef Douglas cooks with fresh, local and organic ingredients, when possible. Occasionally, certain products are not available. When this happens, Chef Douglas will substitute the ingredients or dish with something similar.
Tapas selection will vary by season but may include Tunisian Meatballs, Moroccan Carrots, Cucumber Spears, roasted potatoes with aioli, roasted vegetables (Escalivada), mussels, 'Gildas,' and a variety of vegetable toppings for toasted bread.
