Chef Christian is very well versed in culinary techniques and an array of different cuisines. With his vast experience, including working for high end restaurants on the strip, his passion for the culinary arts, his classes have an array of knowledge to share. His crafted dishes are a pleasure to partake in, and the views of the Las Vegas Strip from his kitchen are icing on the cake.
