Chef Dwayne trained with notable luminaries such as Chef David Toutain at L'Agapé in Paris, Chef Pino Cuttaia Cuttaia at La Madia in Sicily and Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland at Le Chantecler in Nice - and it shows! His passion for cooking is more than evident during each and every one of his experiences. Whether it's fusion, or a fully Italian, French or Mediterranean menu, you are sure to have an unforgettable experience to cherish for years to come. Highly recommend!
