Chef Mayuko or Resident Chef in Asia

We have taken 5 international cooking classes now ..., 4 with friends, and we have been impressed with the level of organization and coordination, as well as the top notch quality of the chefs they use and the cooking lessons themselves. We have missed the ability to travel, especially culinary travel, during the pandemic, but ... program has a unique ability to transport participants to the countries in which the chefs are located—the next best thing to being there. The chefs are adept at not just instructing the preparation of the recipes, but really focusing on technique and the background of the dishes themselves. The facilitators have been great too—they pay attention to the progress of each group or individual and ask questions of the chefs if there is any need to clarify. Recently, they have provided for zoom breakout rooms during the break and afterward for those of us who are participating with friends, and it has been a delight to more personally connect with our friends around the country and even eat the meal together at the end. This is a very well planned and executed cooking program with terrific chefs, and the food has been delicious. We will certainly be taking more classes.

I have participated in several ... classes. It is always a great experience. I really enjoy connecting with chefs around the world and learning not only how to make the dishes but also about their culture. The range of cuisines has kept me coming back for monthly lessons.

I was lucky enough to get two ... classes for Christmas. They were honestly some of the best gifts I've ever received. I love to cook, love to eat, and Chef Vasia and Chef Mayuko made it feel like I was right there in a good friend's kitchen, learning new skills with humor and ease. Even better, I could tell the chefs and the ... virtual kitchen assistants were good friends - their chemistry alone made it feel like such a warm and inviting space! What a great concept. I got to make spanakopita, baklava, homemade udon noodles, teriyaki chicken, and a whole lot more. I can't wait to join 'em again soon!

Everything about the experience was great. From the sign up to the delivery of the ingredients and directions to the chef to the meal itself. Every met or exceeded our expectations.

This is the most fun cooking class I've ever had, (and my only one as I don't normally cook!) Meeting other people online made it a party if only remotely. Dillon was very helpful as we went through the class if we needed to repeat a step. I look forward to doing another class soon.

I received this class as a gift from my daughter. It was the best gift ever. The Chef and Kitchen Assistant made the class super fun, as did the participants who shared their experiences during the class. The length of time was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious.

Very fun, relaxed and educational. I loved the class. I am now able to make restaurant quality Indian food! I wasn’t able to do this with only a recipe.

It is a lot of fun and you can try cooking ethnic foods that would be hard to do without the help of the ingredients. The group cooking is really enjoyable. Great chefs.
