Christina was such an amazing teacher! She came very prepped and organized and was such a kind and personable person. I also felt like she played into each persons strengths within the kitchen and was open to helping teach different culinary techniques and efficiencies throughout the class. 10/10 would recommend!!

Chef Christina was wonderful! She is pleasant, polite, fun, and knowledgeable. She shares many helpful tips, tricks, and possible ingredient substitute suggestions during her class. She was also very accommodating so our friend could make a gluten free dessert. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend Chef Christina and her French Bistro Class!
