Master the elusive art of delicate French macarons in this hands-on cooking class as Chef Christina walks you through the creation of three popular flavors using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques.
Begin by preparing classic vanilla bean-flecked macarons with a silky French buttercream filling, then you'll make tart and sweet lemon treats filled with lemon curd. Finally, Chef Christina will show you how to combine the flavors of dark chocolate and espresso for decadent macarons with a chocolate ganache filling.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

There's certainly a reason chef Christina gets five stars from everyone! She has a lot of experience and was able to break down a lot of misconceptions & also simplify our understanding of making macrons. Ours turned out great! Highly recommended.
