A great sauce makes a huge difference in a meal, and in this class, Chef Diane will showcase four incredible sauces.
Begin the hands-on class with salsa made from fire-roasted tomatoes, sweet onions and fresh cilantro, then, discover the secrets to a super-charged marinara with crushed tomatoes, tender vegetables and herbs and paired with Parmesan gnocchi. Round out the evening with greens and a roasted shallot and white balsamic vinaigrette, and a luscious peanut butter caramel sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
