Cooking Class - Classic Italian Pizzeria
Perfect the art of authentic scratch-made pizza in this hands-on cooking class as Chef Christina guides you through the process of making homemade dough and her favorite marinara sauce.
Explore different flavor combinations with toppings such as Italian sausage and fennel pollen, prosciutto and pepperoncini, wild mushrooms and Kalamata olives, or keep it simple with fresh mozzarella and locally grown basil. In addition to pizza, you'll whip up a classic Italian chopped salad with romaine, marinated garbanzos, salami and provolone, and prepare limoncello zabaglione with fresh seasonal fruit for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
