Cooking Class - Homemade Sushi 101
Experience hands-on culinary training with Chef Diane as she guides you through creating an authentic Japanese menu utilizing timeless culinary techniques and fresh ingredients.
In this four-course class, Chef Diane will teach you how to make a refreshing, palate-cleansing edamame salad drizzled with ginger and rice wine vinegar. Next, learn how to prepare stir-fried udon noodles with fresh vegetables, a spicy tuna roll and a shrimp roll using perfect sushi rice and homemade spicy sauce. Finish on a sweet note by making mochi with homemade matcha ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
