Chef Sonia has demonstrated to me that vegan food can be as tasty as the regular one. She has a great experience, talent and really knows how to get the best of this vegan world. Her tips on food and preparation made me open towards new horizons on this type of food which is difficult to get it right. I felt that learning from a pro has many benefits, especially when dealing with this healthy style. Thank you Sonia!
