Chef Falan

I hired Chef Falan to do meal prep for 3 of us on a week's holiday at the beach in Florida as a surprise to two of my friends. Best decision I ever made! Her food far exceeded my expectations on quality, taste and portion sizes. She is truly artistic with her food styling. The food was not only attractively packaged, but the flavors were exquisite. I still crave her fruit salad to this day. Terrific value for the quality and honestly she should charge more for her incredibly tasty food. I highly recommend her as a chef!

Working with Chef Falan as a fellow chef instructor in Junior Chefs of America was an excellent experience. Her guidance of our young students was gentle and informative. As a colleague I found her exceptionally wonderful to work with. I learned from her as well as taught along side her. The students were incredibly receptive to her instruction and visibly enjoyed her lessons on knife skills, nutrition and produce identification. I very much hope to get the opportunity to cook alongside this amazing chef again!

I had the pleasure of enjoying Falan's Vegetarian lasagna. Absolutely delicious! It was so incredibly flavorful, just as light, and with a perfect crust that defined each bite. If Falan is cooking for you, and you haven't chosen the course, I strongly recommend it!

I have been both an online and in-class student with chef Falan for many years when she taught in Florida. She absolutely loves her craft. You can hear the passion in her voice when she speaks. She is both knowledgeable and patient. As a single guy I was having a tough time cooking for one and she taught me how to properly measure and meal prep for my work week and limit my food waste. I find her classes to be engaging, fun, and comedic at times. She keeps you laughing constantly. If you can't make it in person she will accommodate by offering online lessons or you can catch her cooking live on YouTube. Her food always tastes amazing and its never a dull moment with her in the kitchen.

Falan's food was always good. Some of the other NFL players would eat my food because her portions are usually really large.

I first heard of Chef Falan from another close colleague she knew I had been looking for a new chef for over a year. I am very discerning when it comes to how my food is prepared and who I trust to make it. I immediately noticed her professionalism, culinary knowledge, and incredibly friendly and sincere personality. I have a certain dietary restriction and knew I would be a tricky client because I still desired 5 star quality European style food. I was unsure of what to expect but when she sent me her first menu for tasting to get the job it showcased her incredible culinary training and repertoire. I have dined at the finest restaurants all around the world and I can honestly say that Chef Falan's cuisine has stood up to the best of them. In fact her food is so good, my friends would randomly stop by to see if Chef Falan had made dinner yet. If you are looking to hire a chef with true culinary mastery and the ability to excite your pallet you would normally expect at a 5 star Parisian restaurant, then hire Chef Falan immediately!

Chef Falan was an incredible chef to have. We miss her dearly here in Texas. She is hard to keep. Her skill sets are always in high demand and it is lovely to catch her on air when she did cooking live segments on the local news stations. What I loved the most about her is her humbleness. Falan has had a rough go in life but she is always smiling. She is a beautiful girl with such a warm spirit. I believe that is the reason her food is so good. She simply is the secret ingredient in every dish.

I went to Culinary school with Falan and she was already a star the day she walked in. I remember sitting across from her she handed the chef instructor her cookbook. The chef said "Oh you have a REAL BOOK" it was the funniest moment ever and we bonded ever since. Falan has always known cooking was her passion. It has been something she wanted to do all of her life. I have been there by her side for every Food Network audition and I have been on set with her when she was the back stage chef for PBS cooking shows, too. Her biggest dream was to have her own cooking show and she will eventually get there. I always say never give up. She has the "IT" factor that you look for in a personality and the face. She can cook and she is extremely brilliant. I no longer work in the industry but I still am her biggest fan. She is incredible to learn from. It is her heart and soul and you will understand why she is unique the moment you meet her.

Chef Falan is such a pleasure to have in your home as a Personal Chef. She was one of my chef instructors teaching for Junior Chefs of America in Tampa, FL. She has great personality, enjoys cooking and has a passion for people.
