In this three-course class, you'll be preparing and enjoying delectable fare. From appetizer to the main course and even dessert, each dish is made to make you feel full and satisfied. Begin with tostones served with sofrito salsa, then learn how to steam salmon to perfection and pair it with a tangy apricot and mango medley. End on a sweet — but light — note with airy whipped chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
