When she relocated to Austin in 2012, Chef Andria found herself in a city in the middle of a food industry boom. Chef Andria is super fun and sweet. I really enjoyed my time learning about her dishes as well as tasting them. She provides a lot of knowledge about her dishes and will help you achieve different cooking skills (from making handmade gnocchi, to grilling steak to perfection, to making the tastiest Peruvian ceviche!). I would definitely recommend her cooking class to anyone interested in making delicious food with a friendly chef.
