Chef John Pham presented some of the more intriguing secrets to getting to know Japanese cooking techniques and styles. Come with the questions you've always wanted to know from your local Sushi Chef and John will guide you through the basics with a warm smile. It's sometimes the people just beneath the celebrity-type chefs who actually do all the cooking that can provide the most logical access to the styles and techniques within their specialties.
