Chef Megan gives traditional European dishes new life by showcasing Lowcountry ingredients from zesty spices to succulent seafood. Begin with a bright lemon and herb marinated crab claw bruschetta followed by rich pecan-crusted redfish served with a colorful corn maque choux. For dessert, enjoy rum and butter-infused bananas Foster.

We had such a fun time with Chef Megan. Our kitchen was way too small for our large group size but she adjusted like a champion and we ate our fill. The pecan redfish and bananas foster were the best things we ate in our entire time in New Orleans. Get her on the books if you're looking for a great meal and fun time!

Chef Megan is wonderful! She is very passionate about cooking and sharing her love of food with others. She provided us with a fantastic culinary experience. I highly recommend taking her classes and booking her as your private chef!

We were 2 couples wanting a unique New Orleans experience and Megan provided it. We loved the cooking class that Megan shared- authentic recipes, not too complicated but at our level and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend Megan as she was organized, friendly, and made us feel very involved.
