Chef Scutt is an artist in the kitchen. He has amazingly tasty recipes and brought enough food to feed a small army. He showed us what to do every step of the way, but we did most of the cooking. The wings were some of the best I have ever eaten - better than most bar wings. The chicken in wine was some of the most fall of the bone tender and tasty I have ever eaten, and the bread pudding was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend you take this class. We plan to make these recipes again and again.

Chef Scutt was AMAZING! I booked him as a surprise for my husband's birthday, and he was a great teacher! The food was beyond delicious, very flavorful, and unique in its own right. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat for anyone looking to have some good food with a little island flair! Thank you, Cozymeal and Chef Scutt for such a meaningful and memorable experience!
