Embrace the change of the seasons and farmers' market fare in a team building meal inspired by the seasons.

In this hands-on class, Chef Jeremy shows you and your team how to make the most of your favorite farmers market fares with his fresh and seasonally inspired three-course menu.

Begin with vegan, lactose-free mixed grains dressed with a zesty citronette. Then, build a juicy heirloom tomato salad that is almost too beautiful to eat. Lastly, create an entrée platter featuring a stunning all-natural airline chicken breast complete with a five-star presentation factor and moist, juicy meat sided by creamy polenta and perfectly grilled summer squash.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An amazing experience and an amazing space. The recipes were delicious and I learned so much about the techniques and art of cooking. Jeremy is an excellent conversationalist and teacher and I’d recommend him to anyone who loves great meals and wants to learn some sure crowd pleasing dishes.

Chef Jeremy was a wonderful host and talented chef. He walked us through how to prepare each dish as well as giving background on where various flavors came from. His techniques for plating and presentation were playful and used some easy but unexpected tools! I thoroughly enjoyed learning new dishes from him and the great conversation he provided.
