Deceptively simple in appearance, but requiring a light and precise touch, Japanese cuisine perpetually seeks balance in its composition and seasoning. In this seafood-leaning culinary experience, you and your teammates will discover the secrets to rolling maki, slicing fish for sashimi, flavoring salads and oysters, and crafting homemade mochi.
