Bond with your teammates in this cooking experience and learn more about the cuisine of Northern Italy. Chef Gwyn has 25 years of experience and relishes helping teams to bond through cooking. Work alongside your colleagues to learn how to prepare, taste and plate during this interactive class.
Break into small groups and explore the art of antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce. Your team will learn the tricks to cooking a four-course Italian meal from start to finish. A departure from Southern Italian cuisine, this menu will celebrate the regional specialties of the North, including risotto, prosciutto and fontina cheese.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
