Why commit to one country’s cuisine, when you can pick and choose the best from each? Chef Teena brings 20 years of cooking to the table and will energize your team to cook healthy vegetarian meals at home. Join this team-building class and cook a spicy dinner together.

A selection of seasonal produce with global interpretation will delight your dinner guests at your next event. Selected for their bright flavors and colors, Chef Teena’s fusion menu will keep you warm when the temperatures start to dip. Vegetarian and interactive, prepare the meal for the first part of the class and then dine with you colleagues after and toast to your creations. This menu is subject to changed based on seasonality.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Overall a good experience. However we could have spent more time actually cooking under direction with people rotating through stations. Also food quantity could have been a bit more generous- esp salad and main dish! Chef Teena was good and very flexible and adapted to our group needs. Will definitely recommend her for an event
