Classically trained and advocating a holistic approach to cooking, Chef Shelby shares her love for bold flavors and international influences in this holiday cooking class. Bond with your teammates over exotic fare that mixes the spicy flavors of Mexico with the fresh produce of California.

Take a break from the traditional spread and cook up something unexpected for your guests this season. Chef Shelby dresses up familiar ingredients with South American flair to create a special menu to awaken your senses. Experiment with tamarind and pomegranate for savory courses and end with a silky tres leches cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Shelby was a wonderful teacher, she was funny, informative, and showed us how to make delicious food. My daughter has a shellfish allergy and Shelby was very accommodating and easily changed the meal plan to suit her dietary needs.

Shelby was so great! She was so upbeat and engaging. Her food was amazing and so was she! Could not recommend her more.
