WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover how pasta-making builds creativity, communication and a shared sense of accomplishment.

Gather your group for a team building activity that's all about rolling, shaping and bonding over gnocchi. In this hands-on experience, your group will work side by side to craft pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch under the guidance of a world-class chef. You'll prepare two flavorful sauces, zesty marinara and vibrant pesto to toss with your handmade pasta. Whether you're kneading dough for the first time or a seasoned veteran, this fun activity promotes collaboration, creativity and communication in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Sacramento. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.

Your Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Gnocchi
With potatoes, flour and umami seasoning
Pesto Sauce
With basil, garlic and Parmesan cheese
Marinara Sauce
With tomato, pepper and onions
