Team Building Activity - Festive Holiday Cookie Spirit

Enjoy a holiday feast with a bit of friendly competition.

This team building activity focuses on the taste, texture and variety of the charcuterie board. A gourmet Chef Ridic leads these fun and interactive sessions.

Start this experience by dividing into teams to prepare the most festively decorated sugar and gingerbread cookies using icing, nuts, dried fruits and other toppings. You'll enjoy a chef-prepared meal that starts with a charcuterie board filled with fresh greens, apples and cranberries. Next is a holiday meal of turkey with homemade cranberry sauce, Bourbon honey-glazed baked ham or garlic herb and cheese-stuffed flank steak.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Ridic was so incredibly personable and made our experience amazing!! We did the Vegetarian Thai option and do not regret it! We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to learn about cooking and want good food!!

Our Dinner with Chef Ridic was great! He was a fantastic teacher and engaging to speak with. We had a blast and learned a bit more about cooking. We look forward to doing it again some time!

Ridic is great. He is a great chef with great social skills: a winning combination for this sort of work. He is taught us and engaged with us and with limited help from us (:-) prepared a delicious meal. I highly recommend Chef Ridic.
