Discover a beautifully constructed Japanese seafood menu with Chef Luis in this team building experience.

In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Luis, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a dazzling array of Japanese seafood dishes and more using traditional cooking techniques and incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to constructing in this team building class include Japanese-style baked mussels with dynamite sauce as well as a shimmering ahi tuna stack layered with crab and mango. Of course, no Japanese seafood night is complete without handcrafted sushi rolls!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luis did a great job with us, and was very accommodating to my father in law, whose birthday it was. Had a great time, learned and lot, and got to each delicious food. Will definitely use Chef Luis' services again!

This was our first time doing a cooking class and chef Luis was a perfect choice! He was very professional, kind, and personable. We did the Japanese cooking class and the food was delicious! Definitely will do it again and highly recommend people take his classes!
