Team Building Activity - Japanese Seafood Night
In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Luis, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a dazzling array of Japanese seafood dishes and more using traditional cooking techniques and incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to constructing in this team building class include Japanese-style baked mussels with dynamite sauce as well as a shimmering ahi tuna stack layered with crab and mango. Of course, no Japanese seafood night is complete without handcrafted sushi rolls!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
