Discover a beautifully constructed Japanese seafood menu with Chef Luis in this team building experience.

In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Luis, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a dazzling array of Japanese seafood dishes and more using traditional cooking techniques and incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to constructing in this team building class include Japanese-style baked mussels with dynamite sauce as well as a shimmering ahi tuna stack layered with crab and mango. Of course, no Japanese seafood night is complete without handcrafted sushi rolls!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a wonderful time our group had. Chef Luis is an excellent host. His home is welcoming and suited nicely for a team building event. The meal he taught us to cook was the best meal we had all week. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Do not pass up the opportunity to experience this when in Vegas! Vern

What a great time! Chef Luis showed us how to make some amazing pasta! Each dish was easy and delicious and we just had the best time! I'd highly recommend his classes
