Team Building Activity - Authentic Mexican Cuisine
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Luis, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a four-course Mexican menu using fresh, authentic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
After beginning with a ceviche appetizer, you and your team will learn how to prepare Mexican empanadas chockfull of juicy chicken and a simple combination of ingredients packing complex flavors. Then, you'll journey back to the sea for fish tacos with a homemade chipotle sauce that is equally fiery and refreshing before ending with a traditional Mexican dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
