Born and raised in Ecuador and also trained in France with 3-star Michelin chefs, Chef Alejandra knows her way around the traditional dishes of her homeland. In this cooking class, she will teach you and your colleagues how to make recognizable Latin favorites like ceviche and tres leches and learn a few lesser-known, but equally-exciting dishes like llapingachos.
During this rewarding team building experience, you’ll learn how to make regional Ecuadorian dishes like a native, then get to know a little more about your coworkers over the meal you have prepared afterwards.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
