We had a fantastic day with Chef Parsati! The recipes were delicious, and she is patient, interesting, and very knowledgeable about world cuisine! We loved our afternoon of learning and eating, and we all came away with some new recipes to try at home! We highly recommend Chef Parsati and her cooking classes!

I really enjoyed this class! The food turned out great! I found Chef Parsati explanation of ingredients and spice ratio super helpful. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make Indian food.
