Team Building Activity - Global Tapas
Join Chef Greg for a hands-on team building cooking class exploring a menu brimming with tapas, or small plates, enjoyed around the globe. Hone your kitchen skills together as you cook with Chef Greg as your guide.
To begin, you'll prepare Spanish patatas bravas with homemade smoked paprika aioli, and Italian skewers with watermelon, prosciutto and pickled chilis. Next, Chef Greg will teach you how to stuff olives, whip up Mediterranean babaganoush with charred aubergines and how to prepare classic Hawaiian poke using fresh yellowfin tuna, tamari and sesame on prawn crackers.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
