Gather your team and traverse the wide spread of Asian cuisine.

Chef Sara has hand-selected popular recipes from different regions of Asia for this interactive team building cooking class. You and your group will learn how to make each dish from scratch amidst some friendly competition as well as trivia questions from Chef Sara.

Begin with a competition to fold lumpia, a Filipino dish similar to egg rolls. Next, you'll batter and fry up tempura, and prepare hakka noodles peppered with meat and vegetables and coconut rice on the side. Finally, whip up a creamy coconut pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sara was amazing! She showed us how to make the most delicious lentil daal, roti, and chicken tikka masala we've ever eaten! Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was really fun to talk to. She taught us about the origin of CTM, and explained / had us taste any spice that was unfamiliar to us. We can't wait to book with her again!
