In this hands-on team building class with Chef Telah, you and your team will work together to prepare a three-course Asian fusion menu that combines Japanese and Vietnamese culinary techniques and recipes.
Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to preparing and enjoying together include sweet and spicy ginger chicken thigh wings with chili sauce, crispy tofu with kimchi, bok choy and oyster mushrooms, and a Japanese-style miso-glazed wild cod entrée with Vietnamese mung bean noodles. For dessert, whip up an avocado and key lime mousse with your team.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
