In this hands-on team building class with Chef Soren, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a simple, yet sophisticated three-course French menu that has been perfected by generations.
Chef Soren will encourage you and your team to harness the French dedication to classical cooking styles and appreciation of local foods as you work your way through the preparation of a handful of northern French coastal recipes including fish a la meunière with flounder, new potatoes, asparagus, and a simple, and homemade lemon butter sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
