Chef Veronica draws upon her culinary knowledge to take your team on an incredible journey through culinary Thailand.
In this four-course team building class, you will work together on important skills that go beyond the kitchen. While learning culinary techniques by creating staples from Thai cuisine, you will also build cooperation skills. To start, you'll create scallion cilantro pancakes from scratch, followed by a fresh and crunchy Thai cabbage salad. The star of the class is cod marinated with cilantro and lime and surrounded by a luscious coconut milk broth. End on a sweet note with mango rice pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Victoria! She has a beautiful home and the kitchen is a perfect setup to get everyone there involved. She gave us some great cooking tips (not all of which were part of our meal). Victoria does not just tell you to do something a certain way, she also explains why she recommends doing it that way. Oh, and the food she helped us prepare was absolutely delicious.
Meet your chef
After graduating at the top of her class at Escuela de Gastronomia in Bogota, Colombia, Chef Veronica has been using her culinary arts degree working as a personal chef, caterer, and cooking instructor. Chef Veronica has a vast knowledge of international cuisine and specializes in authentic Mexican fares. Her main focus when teaching cooking classes is providing exceptional hospitality and showcasing high-quality, local ingredients.
