AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Victoria! She has a beautiful home and the kitchen is a perfect setup to get everyone there involved. She gave us some great cooking tips (not all of which were part of our meal). Victoria does not just tell you to do something a certain way, she also explains why she recommends doing it that way. Oh, and the food she helped us prepare was absolutely delicious.

We had a wonderful time learning about and cooking authentic Mexican cuisine with Chef Veronica. Her inviting home & warm nature enhanced the experience to be more than just a cooking class. She went above and beyond, teaching us about ingredients, techniques, and answering our many questions. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend Chef Veronica’s class to anyone wanting a fun day with friends, a unique date, or just a memorable experience. Thank you Chef Veronica for making our girls’ trip so special!

Chef Veronica was so great! I picked her because of her amazing reviews, and she did not disappoint! She was even able to give me some wine recommendations to bring for the meal, which was great because we got to try some new wines we hadn’t heard of before and they were so good! This Chef is very knowledgeable of cuisines and does more than just teaches you the cooking methods, you also learn about the history of the foods, where they come from, and why we prepare them the way we do. Loving to cook at home, we wanted a class that would teach us more about the cuisines than just how to combine preprepped ingredients in a pan. It was a great experience and I highly recommend booking this Chef for your cooking class experience!

Veronica was a fun and gracious host in her beautiful home. We had a great time, learned a lot about Thai Cuisine and had an amazing meal. It was such a fun and unique night out with friends. We will definitely be doing it again!

We had such a wonderful time and that was all due to Veronica. Her home and kitchen are lovely, and she was very informative about Mexican cuisine. She answered every question we had and was very encouraging to my husband who's afraid of cooking. I've been cooking for a while and I learned some new techniques from her. Veronica is excellent teacher for both novices and experienced cooks. I am excited to replicate the cooking experience at home!

Such a magical evening and awesome company. Chef Veronica taught us so much. I never knew cooking could be this fun. We will definitely be doing this more often, and possibly become a routine event for us. Was not expecting such a fun time. Thank you, Chef Veronica for everything. My wife woke up this morning after dreaming about the all of the wonderful food we made and wants me to make it again this weekend, specifically the risotto!

I offered this Mexican Course to my boyfriend for his Xmas gift - an interested gift I have to admit :) - and we both LOVED it ! The course started with a quick explanation of the traditional salsas mexicanas and jumped straight to the making ! Cutting onions, chopped chiles, smelling flavors, trying, adjusting, trying again ... writing about it makes me hungry again :) Chef Veronica (and her mum who was there for the holidays) were both great teachers, full of energy. Such a great time and the dinner was excellent ! A Tip though: I know you’d want to eat the salsas with the tortilla chips... but don’t fill yourself up, what comes after is so good, it’s best if you keep some space ;)

Our family had so much fun learning from Chef Veronica. The food was amazing and we were also blessed with learning techniques from her mother. Chef Veronica introduced me to dishes I had never tried before like Pozole Rojo and Shrimp Agua Chile. She also demonstrated how to make some classics even better -- like the risotto with truffle oil and the meatballs seasoned with ginger and cilantro. The food was full of flavor, and I enjoyed spending time with Veronica. It's obvious that she loves sharing her passion of cooking.
