In this hands-on team building class inspired by Sicily, Provence and Morocco, Chef Michael will guide you and your team through the preparation of a three-course Mediterranean menu boasting some serious flair.
You and your teammates will begin by working together to create a kale, radish, mushroom and blue cheese salad to start. For the main course, you and your team will prepare an incredibly flavorful and juicy roasted chicken breast sided by incredibly fresh vegetable couscous. For dessert, you will create and enjoy together a luscious and indulgent marsala zabaione that will be hard to forget.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
