During this private chef experience Chef Alice will take you on an exciting journey around the world through refined flavors. You'll explore elevated classics and master the techniques and traditions that make them so unique.

Start the evening with tasty chicken tikka, marinated in a savory butter and lemongrass sauce. Then explore how to craft a flavorful Chilean sea bass and peanut curry dish with basmati rice for your main. Finally, complete your evening with a moist lemon pound cake with pear and mascarpone to end the evening on a sweet note. Register your spot for this immersive class today!

Chef Alice was amazing! Everything my wife and I ate were the best we ever had. The portion sizes were excellent and the bread pudding was mouth watering. It’s now one of my favorite desserts! She also had the best personality and had such a wonderful smile during the whole experience.

I hired Chef Alice for a 3 course meal I wanted to surprise my husband with for his 40th birthday. I, my husband and our guests were over the moon with Chef Alice’s food, presentation and ability to pivot on the fly when one guest needed an unexpected food accommodation. All of the food was delicious, and her cheesecake was beyond delicious with a smooth, velvet-like texture and surprising ginger (subtle, not intense) crust — everyone was raving about it. I would love to have Chef Alice cook for us again for another occasion. Chef Alice, you are fantastic!

Due to an unexpected power outage, we had a wonderful candlelight dinner and Chef Alice was able to make the food so delectable, it melted in our mouths. We will definitely be reaching out to Chef Alice again.

Chef Alice was incredible! We're not even vegan, but her plant-based 3 course meal looked too good to pass up. And it truly was!! It was decadent, and packed full of perfectly balanced flavors cooked to perfection--I'm still thinking about it and it was a couple of months ago at this point. And she was a real joy to hang out with on top of that. Thank you Chef Alice! Cannot recommend her talents and this menu enough.

Chef Alice is amazing! Great personality, awesome service, and AMAZING food! I am a foodie with a very hard-to-please palate. The 3-course meal by Chef Alice exceeded my expectations. The crab cakes were the best crab cakes I've ever had and the shrimp and grits were layered with bold and intense flavor. I am now a bread pudding fan thanks to Chef Alice. I am really looking forward to my next Chef Alice experience! Book her now. You will not be disappointed!

Alice is the absolute best! She provided the food for my baby shower and it was AMAZING. My shower was put together last minute because of Covid and I really didn’t think I would be able to have a good caterer because of timeliness, the size of my party, and honestly because I’m not too fond of the food in the city. But a friend sent me her way 4 days before and she came through in every way imaginable. The food and service were both stellar! She was even able to accommodate a few vegan guests of mine. The shower was weeks ago and my friends are still raving about her baked macaroni and cheese and crab cakes. It has literally been the topic of every conversation, second to the baby.

Mi FAMILIA , FRIENDS -&- NEIGHBORS “Hands-Down” will choose Chef Alice at least once EVERY week. I have placed Orders for Dinners for the past 2-Mnths, EVERY week for my Familia. We typically Order 3 to 4 Dinners with each Dinner being different, so that we can Taste ALL that Chef Alice offers. I can ALWAYS count on her MENU offering different Dishes each week with EVERY DISH being EXPLOSIVE in SOULFUL/CARIBBEAN FLAVORS. Since meeting her on a Social Media Platform... “IG” -&- “FB”, whenever I have had a Question about her meals , she has taken the time to help me understand whatever I have needed to know about her Food. EVERYTHING has ALWAYS been better than Yummy, the Portions are ALWAYS WONDERFUL Serving Amounts and her Pricing is “PERFECT “. My Pick-Up time has ALWAYS been Prompt and my Orders have ALWAYS been PERFECT with NO ERRORS. I don’t have... WE DON’T Have ANY COMPLAINTS. All we ask is, Chef Alice!?! Hands down the best meal I’ve ever eaten. The stuffed salmon though…Good God! This was my first time having a personal chef experience but definitely not the last. My husband surprised me for our anniversary and everything was amazing. Can’t wait to hire again. Thank you

I don’t usually write reviews but I was wowed after this experience. This was my fourth time hiring a private chef so I wouldn’t say I’m new to the whole experience. But this was different. Alice was a step above in her professionalism, presentation and flavors. She worked with me and my group to come up with a menu that we all were excited about, which wasn’t easy to do for a party of 11. She not only came before the scheduled time but stayed late to clean up and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived. She was pleasant, easy going and even gave us a little history on a few of the dishes that she prepared. And ber fried plantains and crab cakes were amazing!!! We will most certainly be hiring her again.

Loved the food. I felt like Thanksgiving came early. The food had a distinct smell to it that gave me home cooking vibes. On top of being clean, fresh, and hot, Alice was very kind and sweet. I'm very big on customer service and I believe great customer service starts with loving what you do. Thank you for the experience.
