This hands-on cooking class offers the quintessential Italian culinary experience. Chef Ben will guide you along your Italian journey, teaching you the skills and recipes you need to craft your memorable meal.

You'll kick things off with a soul-warming, creamy tortellini dish, followed by a fresh, vibrant Caprese salad. For your main course, you'll make a hearty porcini mushroom pappardelle pasta from scratch, served with braised rabbit, Parmesan cheese and peas. Save room for dessert, where you'll make and enjoy an authentic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
