Private Chef - Healthy Vegan Thai Food

Taste the traditional dishes of Thailand using plant-based ingredients.

In this private chef experience with Chef Jordan, you will enjoy three authentic Thai dishes bursting with fresh, tropical ingredients. Start with tom kha gai soup, which is full of sweet and sour flavors. Then, move on to a creamy green curry featuring pumpkin, eggplant, spices and coconut, served with quinoa as a healthier stand-in for rice. Dessert features a Thai-style ice cream made from coconut.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Jordan was a fantastic chef and host! The cozy environment, vegan cuisine, and interactive experience was a great birthday surprise for my girlfriend. Highly recommend for those even mildly interested in cooking, plant-based foods, and learning new things— all three courses were easy enough to make at home and extremely delicious. He even packed us all the leftovers!
