Private Chef - Superfood Italian Fare
In this private chef experience, Chef Jordan will prepare for you three plant-based Italian dishes. You will start with a fresh caprese salad made with vegan mozzarella and tomatoes, then enjoy a contemporary, gluten-free and vegan spin on fettuccine marinara. For dessert, dip your spoon into a dairy-free version of vanilla panna cotta with berry sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
