He has extensive experience as an executive sous chef, a restaurant manager, a bartender and a general manager. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with intermediate Spanish skills, he infuses a variety of flavors, fragrances and textures into his recipes, which span the globe from Brazil and Australia to Tucson and San Diego.
