In this private chef experience, enjoy an Italian meal prepared from scratch by Chef Shakeis. Enjoy an evening of iconic Italian cuisine made with fresh, traditional ingredients. Start your meal with the simple yet powerful flavors of a cacio e pepe benedict served over a toasted baguette. Your main course features tender osso buco served with creamy polenta and a red wine-infused tomato demi glaze. Enjoy charred broccolini with a citrusy flare, and end the evening with a classic tiramisu for the perfect Italian feast.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

An ambitious and creative private chef, she has crafted flavorful meals inspired by world cuisines.
