Start with crab salad canapés with roasted bell peppers and brioche toast. Your main entré is a grilled filet mignon with a red wine demi sauce. Pair this with crispy Brussels sprouts topped with bacon bits and whole-grain mustard vinaigrette. Dessert is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, caramel sauce and fresh berries.
