Chef Karmala brings the classics from the culinary capital of France to your brunch plate.

Experience this charming brunch comprised of a beautifully curated menu featuring exquisite French breakfast classics paired with a modern touch. Begin with a light dish of yogurt parfait infused with a subtle lavender honey. Savor the beautifully briny flavor of freshly shucked local oysters and a savory croque monsieur eggs benedict served with a classic béchamel sauce. Finish brunch with an herbed vegetable hash, and traditional French toast with a twist.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Yogurt Parfaits With Lavender Honey

With Greek yogurt, multigrain granola, fresh raspberries and local honey

Freshly Shucked Local Oysters

With a chili cocktail sauce, horseradish, Granny Smith apple mignonette and lemon

Croque Monsieur Eggs Benedict

With scratch-made English muffins, sliced ham or smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, purslane and gruyère béchamel

Herbed Root Vegetable Hash

With varieties of sweet/regular potatoes, boniato, parsnips, carrots, butter, sage, rosemary and garlic

Carrot and Cardamom French Toast

With brioche, eggs, milk, mascarpone and maple syrup

Karmala was fantastic! My boyfriend and I had the best time cooking mediterranean food. She was very welcoming, warm, knowledgable and made us feel super comfortable. The setting was great, intimate and she took time to explain ingredients, cooking tools and more... we learned a lot! Highly recommend her!

Chef Karmala's cooking class was a delight! Her infectious personality made the experience both hilarious and informative. Throughout the class, she patiently explained each step and answered all our questions. I felt comfortable and competent in the kitchen, which is a HUGE deal. She gave us recipes I would attempt again. I can't recommend Chef Karmala's classes highly enough – whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you're guaranteed to have a good time and come away with new skills. I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a cooking class for our anniversary, and let me tell you – it was absolutely amazing! We're total newbies in the cooking class scene, and honestly, we had no clue what we were getting into. But wow, were we blown away and we can't stop talking about the class! Mala, the magician behind the scenes, set up and prepped everything like an absolute pro. She was very friendly and could probably get a side gig as a stand up comedian. We left with smiles, full bellies, and a newfound love for the culinary arts. Count us in for more classes – we're officially hooked! Thanks a million for such an unforgettable experience!

Mala was unbelievable. There were two of us in the course and she quickly adapted her presentation to the skill level of the audience. I've taken numerous courses throughout the years and have never had such a delightful experience.
