During this private chef experience, enjoy classic ingredients of Morocco's diverse food culture. Chef Lisa will begin with perfectly fried pan bread served with a zingy olive tapenade, and a crisp cucumber and tomato salad tossed in a tangy vinaigrette. Your entrée features tender lamb with tomato sauce, dried figs and preserved lemon with earthy sumac and carrot couscous. For dessert, indulge in an authentic pistachio cake with decadent rose water glaze.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
