This one-of-a-kind private chef experience with Chef Joy will give you something to celebrate as you enjoy brunch classics. Begin with fresh fruit and your choice of fresh-squeezed juice. The citrus will prepare your palate for what's to come — an elaborate assortment of French toast or pancakes and a spread of options for your sides, including eggs, biscuits, roasted potatoes and bacon. In addition to traditional breakfast fare, you'll also indulge in a special seafood creation.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Having worked in both the culinary and hospitality industries, Chef Joy is an entrepreneur combining his creativity and service skills to provide memorable experiences for his clients. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in the culinary arts, Chef Joy has worked as a sous chef, caterer, private chef and supervisor. Along his journey, he has fed everyone from restaurant patrons and private clients to summer campers and seniors. And now, he's eager show his skills in your kitchen.

Chef Joy provides a first class experience. First, communicating with him beforehand is easy. He is flexible and provides insights and options to make your experience truly your experience. He is prompt, his prep and presentation is excellent. The full dinner was excellent, and our guests loved it too. He is engaging, genuine and absolute delight to welcome into your home.
