Take a trip to the tropical islands for sweet and spicy cuisine.
Dive deep into the rich flavors of Jamaica during this private chef experience. Chef Kevin will create and serve five dishes that show off Jamaican fare at its finest. To start, enjoy mango habanero ceviche served with crackers and chips. Next, grilled red snapper with classic jerk flavors served with roti, a warm flatbread, and fried plantains paired with rice and beans. End with decadent ice cream and the flavors of grilled pineapple and rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My husband organized a sushi class party as a birthday gift. Our guests and I had a pleasant time. Be sure to have sharp knives, multiple bowls (for mixing the ingredients), saran wrap, big pans with lids, and multiple chopping boards ready.

Chef Kevin was great! We had him for the sushi and potsticker class. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out delicious and we had a great time. He was very accommodating and was able to incorporate different dietary preferences on the spot. We would definitely recommend him and his class to others!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Kevin! The entire experience was wonderful. My husband and I learned a lot of new skills and the dishes were delicious! The beef Wellington was the best we have ever had and we finally learned how to crisp Brussels sprouts! Looking forward to trying another class in the upcoming months.

We had the most amazing evening with Chef Kevin! I booked a European culinary experience with Chef Kevin for my husband‘s birthday. It by far exceeded my expectations 1 million times over. Chef Kevin is personable, a consummate professional, and made us feel so comfortable learning how to cook a Beef Wellington. We have taken cooking classes before, but having a chef come to your house, makes all the difference in the world. My husband‘s birthday was fun, we learned a lot and laughed the entire evening. we can’t wait to take another class with Chef Kevin again! Chef Kevin is the best!!
