Taste the sophisticated French flavors in these four classic dishes.
You'll feel as though you're dining at a Parisian restaurant with these elevated dishes prepared by Chef Regina. To start, you'll have a warm goat cheese and arugula salad topped with an aromatic shallot vinaigrette. Then, enjoy a classic coq au vin with a rich red wine sauce, and buttery potatoes infused with garlic. For dessert, Chef Regina will serve decadent beignets with a sweet rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
